Note 5:- This kit will ONLY fit ATV's that come with original factory fitted brake lights & brake light switches. Note 11:- The YFM 400FA Kodiak has fairly tall gearing for an ATV. Essentially the clutch does not lock up until the ATV is doing about 6~7 kph (4 mph). Under this speed the engine is at idle. As a result the cruise control is not very effective down hill at less than 7 kph (4.5mph) & is not really working well until the ATV is traveling at 8 kph (5 mph). The cruise control is very effective from 8 kph (5 mph) up.
