The Motorcycle Cruise Control unit is specifically designed for this vehicle, depending on year of manufacture and emissions equipment (refer to notes).

Note: - This cruise control will NOT fit motorcycles fitted with an Evaporative Emissions Charcoal Canister fitted under the seat at the rear of the bike (see the last photo above). If your bike has this device, go to the product for the DL1000XT

Note: The DL1000XT kit will fit all Gen 2 DL1000 models from 2014, but the throttle servo is moved to a different location from the rear of the bike under the seat to the left side of the motor. These and other changes to the cruise control kit have also improved the performance of the cruise control significantly.

NOTE: - This older cruise control kit has been continued for those who prefer that the throttle servo is mounted out of sight under the seat.

The motorcycle cruise installation instructions and specific cruise manuals and supporting documents can be found here.

MCCruise on Suzuki DL1000 - second generation

    Hello Tony and Frank,

Just a note to thank you for making a great product. Over the long Wisconsin winter I took my time installing it, your directions are fantastic. When I was able to get the bike out it all worked perfectly the first time, which was a pleasant surprise. I am used to having to fiddle about with things to get them to work.

Thanks again keep up the good work.

    Bob
